Lamborghini has just released a teaser for a new vehicle just ahead of Paris Motor Show, is it a Hybrid Lamborghini?

“Once perfection is achieved you can double it” said Lamborghini in their teaser released just ahead of Paris Motor Show starting next month in Paris. It is about a new vehicle that will make its first appearance at Paris Motor Show. The image seems like an inspiration of a powerful GT and somehow similar to the 2+2 model Espada. The slogan or description they have released is very crucial and we are still unable to predict the possible meanings, either it is a powerful new engine or it hints about a powertrain.

According to the Harmonization Office for Internal European Markets, Lamborghini has applied for a trademark to cover vehicles. On September 15, Lamborghini has applied on the name Asterion to cover toys, games, clothing and vehicles. The new logo has a lightning bolt in the “O” word that hints a Hybrid version.

That slashing lightning-bolt is the only hint that suggest a Hybrid but there are still two options, whether we will see a concept at Paris Motor Show or a production version.

Let’s see what Asterion tells us, according to the research, it is a Greek mythology about a creature that is half bull and half man, which makes this concept more complicated. But this also shows that there is something else that will combine the traditional Lamborghini with new technology.

It would not be a shocking news if there is a Hybrid because all other supercar makers like Ferrari and McLaren are shifting on hybrids. Though Lamborghini has capacitors at its Aventador models to empower start/stop systems but they never had a fully operational hybrid vehicle before.

The “Bull” is ready to make an impression real soon.
